The RawX FID Adjustable Bench is a commercial-grade training bench designed for stability, versatility, and smooth adjustment across a full range of exercises. Supporting flat, incline, and decline positions, it adapts easily to pressing, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements.
With an incline range from 0° to 80° and a -10° decline setting, it accommodates varied training styles and user preferences. A +10° seat angle helps maintain proper positioning during incline lifts, improving comfort and control.
A wider frame profile enhances stability under load, while the integrated handle and transport wheels allow for quick repositioning between sets. Rubber feet help prevent shifting and protect flooring during heavy use.
