The Precor TRM 581 and TRM 531 treadmills deliver Precor’s signature natural running feel, dependable performance, and a compact footprint ideal for lighter-use commercial environments. Both models feature the same durable, commercial-grade frame and components, including Precor’s patented Integrated Footplant Technology™ and Ground Effects® Impact Control for smooth, joint-friendly performance.
Engineered for multi-family housing, hotel fitness centers, corporate wellness spaces, and studios, these treadmills provide a quiet, stable run and require minimal ongoing maintenance. Both models include a spacious 60″ x 22″ running surface, ergonomic handlebars, and hand sensor heart rate monitoring to support a wide range of users and training goals.
The difference between models lies in the console experience. The TRM 531 features the P31 LED console with simple, intuitive controls and essential workout data, while the TRM 581 includes the P84 16″ capacitive touchscreen with wireless casting, streaming apps, workout variety, and integrated entertainment options.
