The Precor TRM 581 and TRM 531 treadmills deliver Precor’s signature natural running feel, dependable performance, and a compact footprint ideal for lighter-use commercial environments. Both models feature the same durable, commercial-grade frame and components, including Precor’s patented Integrated Footplant Technology™ and Ground Effects® Impact Control for smooth, joint-friendly performance.
Engineered for multi-family housing, hotel fitness centers, corporate wellness spaces, and studios, these treadmills provide a quiet, stable run and require minimal ongoing maintenance.
